My Work Showcase

This is the Pinch pot and it was made with low-fire white and some Struggles I had to deal with working on this was trying to make sure the top of the pot was even throughout the whole thing. I made it to give to my aunt so she has something she can put jewelry and stuff like that into.

This is the animals project and it's made with low-fire white clay. The struggle I had with it was that the tail and head would keep falling off so I had to keep putting it back on. I made this only because I like reptiles and it sounded fun.

This is the coil vase and it's made with Low-fire white clay. The struggle I had with it was trying to get the clay to stay in a coil on the mug. The reason I made it like this is because I was trying to make something else but accidentally made it this way instead.

October 26

This is a gift I made for my aunt for Christmas and it is Micky mouse because she likes Disney a lot. It is made with Low-fire white clay and the glaze used are midnight, peach, and white.

This is a scraffito that I made. It is just something that I made to hold things. Something I had trouble with is making sure the underglaze covered the whole thing.

December 7th

This is the slab mold usable piece and I tried to make it look like the flower plate I used. It is supposed to hold my keys and wallet when I get home. Some trouble I had at the start was I didn't put a plastic bag over the plate and then put the clay on it. It was difficult to get off the first try but on the second try, I did it.
